At least you can walk in and get a 'to go' order from this location. I hate it when the drive thru format that's restricted only to customers 'driving through'. I'm sure the 'now open' sign will be gone anon. If it lingers I'll place a call to city hall about it. While technically this is not in Bob Bratina's ward, it's literally across the street from it and he's always on the ball about stuff like that.

I can sort of see why the owners did away with the seating area here. Every time I stopped by here in its previous incarnation there was a lot of sketchy types lounging about inside, and the parking lot was often used to park and display souped-up engines.

As an aside i noticed over the weekend that the Tim Horton's at Mohawk and Upper Wellington has opened up too. That was a fast conversion. It's got a drive through and a seating area, but they had a larger plot of land to work with there.

And what makes that different from any other Tim Hortons in Hamilton/SC?
