^ I believe only the tower facing Figueroa St. and the structure facing Flower St. are under construction.

Well, I love the feel of Tokyo. So that would be a welcome resemblance. Just need to slap some red lights on the top.

But yeah, Tokyo does have that sort of sprawling mid-highrise thing going on, which I think is a good direction for LA to look to be going in.

Don't confuse tower and building. This project has two towers and one (8 story?) building. So, Westsidelife is saying that he beleives one tower and the 8 story building are under construction.

Tower 2 will hopefully, eventually go in that pit on the right. As you can see, it's not actively under construction at the moment.

Those are most likely for the 8 story building that'll be in the middle of Concerto.
