We finally have been given official dates.... (While official please note these have changed and might continue to change)

- Floorplans (which we do have but can't share yet) and price lists will be available Saturday morning the 20th.

- Worksheets are taken starting Saturday due by the 25-26th

- First signings happening on the 30-31st.

We are starting to see a ton of outside agents who are building fake sites and even sending out postal mailers in order to capture buyers. These agents don't have early access or even the ability to register worksheets. I was on a call with the developer 30min ago - pricing has not been finalized. The general public will not be given access until mid-April. I will be able to start taking worksheets on Saturday the 20th. Hope that helps!

Thank you Matt! I believe that I saw one of those fake websites, I registered with a Toronto agent for "exclusive access" but they never gave me anything.
Sorry for my ignorance, but what are worksheets? I am new to this condo world

A worksheet is a term that the industry uses for a “Suite Reservation Form” or “Condominium Wish List”. In condominium projects with high demand, developers will ask buyers to complete a Worksheet that indicates the following: The Name, Address and Contact Information of the client wishing to purchase, along with the units in order of preference.

This one is going to look so much better than Tamarack Flora. I love the staggered massing, the intricate brickwork features on the balconies, and the way the cladding gets lighter in colour from top to bottom. Much better than the featureless charcoal monolith of a building down the street.

Good to see. Was wondering when this project would start. It'll do wonders for that stretch of Bank St to fill in the gaps.

The proposal is to build a separate development that will be very much complementary to James House.

See thread: 406-408 Bank St.

ground-level demolition

Ground-level demolition is underway, the James Street Pub building is gone, in its place for the moment is just a hole in the ground.

Yep, the work here is setting off car alarms right now...at least that's what I think is happening.

Great to see James House won't take up the entire block. part of the charm of traditional main streets is the mix of buildings and architecture along each individual city block.

All the buildings have now been demolished, there's a digger there doing some vague excavating.
