Masonry contractor has now started installing the exterior brick for the 6s building.

Tenants are now living in building number 2 and landscaping contractor has been busy grading and installing plantings. The 6s building 3 has been getting the exterior brick installed on the north side this past couple of weeks. Building 4 is still getting the insulation wall coatings installed and is likely timing completion to allow the masonry contractor from building 3 to move over once they complete building 3.

In case there was any confusion with these buildings, they all have Agathos St addresses even though Edge Valley seems more intuitive given how they are laid out. Agathos being Jimmy Agathos, the former London restaurateur and businessman who passed away this year. This was all his property until he sold it off over 20 years ago. His former house backs on the parking lot between buildings 1 and 2 of this project.

They have slowly been making progress with the exterior brick on the 6s building 3. The 5s building 4 is still getting the insulation and weatherproof coating applied. They finally poured the 2nd floor slab and started installing the 2nd floor steel modular wall units in building 5.

Looks like they have now poured the 3rd floor slab of building 5 and have started forming the 3rd floor elevator/stairwell shaft. The masonry contractor has now started installing exterior brick on the south wall of the 6s building.

Installation of the 4th floor walls well under way now on building 5. Still working on the exterior brick on building 3 and no progress on the exterior of building 4. They have started grading and installing some of the concrete curbing for the driveway and parking lot on the NE side.

Building 5 is now topped out at 4s with roof top features now being installed. The 5s building 4 has been getting the exterior insulation applied and should soon see the masonry contractor for the stone and brick. Building 3 which is 6s is nearly done with exterior siding and trim. They have already paved the east side of the parking lot and driveway entrance. Would expect the next few months to see the interior finishing work with first tenants by April.

Masonry contractor has started installing the exterior brick and stone on the east side of the 5s building. Interior finishing of the 6s building is well underway now with drywall and paint contractors.

They have finally finished the exterior brick and stone on the 5s building. And also nearly done with the exterior siding trim. The last 4s building still waiting on the insulation on the exterior before the masonry contractor can start. I would think Drewlo is targeting the completion of the final buildings by August ahead of the new school year.

Finally finished the exterior siding on the 5 story building. Still no signs of drywall work under way on the interior. The 4 story building is still waiting on the final insulation install before the masonry contractor can begin.

Landscaping contractor has started work on the 5s fourth building and it appears they have started interior drywall now as well. Masonry contractor has started installing exterior brick on the last building which is a 4s. Tenants have mostly filled the third building which is 6s now. Drewlo will have to move quick to finish the last 4s building interior in order to have available for return to school students in Sept.
