Indeed BA is cosmopolitan and the inhabitants are highly educated and friendly...You said nothing about Tango or the many theaters that the city is known for......and yes it was known as the Paris of the south, but that is passe'...it is so much more..

Yes, people in Buenos Aires are really highly educated and friendly!! And the city, as you said, is very cosmopolitan, sometimes resembles other parts of Western Europe or of the Americas, not only Paris. US is currently the major foreign investor in Argentina. The city changed a lot in the last few years with less trade barriers and more foreign investment.


About the theaters , I showed beautiful images of the theater Colón, the largest in the city.
