There are more Canadian athletes in total - but note that not all of the HBC banners have a complete athlete on them.

Was in the Bay yesterday (Sunday), and the Olympic clearance section in the back of the main floor has new stuff. Did they do a post-olympic line?

For example they have the red mittens back but they are a different design? Also, almost all the clothing has the little olympic patch on it. How long does the bay get to do that?

Yeah Its sorta dissapointing most of my sizes (M-L) are all new designs, the only old ones left are size XL.

I prefer last years' line.

There was a CTV news article about the redesigned and reintroduced red mittens. As for the other stuff... I dunno. =O

my friend and I were at the bay downtown in august maybe july and a sales associate told us that they receive the olympic stuff every week - he wanted a jacket and they didn't have his size so she said if he came back in two weeks they would probably have the size as they will be receiving merchandise weekly/monthly until 2012

I assume thats when the designs will change for London 2012 and or their license agreement ends or changes

so its the same stuff - they have tweaked the red mittens it seems but most of the stuff is the same

I guess that merchandise would be COC (Canadian Olympic Committee) branded stuff, rather than 2010 VANOC stuff.
