^Very cool.
I don't think the locals will be so happy lol, they've been bitching about the height and the duration of the project for months, and now.... cool, sexy lighting! It's too much for a lot of suburban boomers to handle.

^Definitely closer to 200 feet with the parapet.

Noticed the developer has switched out the billboard facing Concord Pike--appears the first apartment complex associated with the Avenue North development will be breaking ground soon.

This looks nicer than anything being built in Philadelphia at the moment.

I'm almost certain you can see both from there (obviously yes, for downtown Wilmington). But I know you can see Philly from the top of the Rollins Building (15 floors) next to this one--seems like a good chance.

Beautiful building wish my city built a skyscraper similar in size and stature but yeah happy for your community. New buildings/cranes show the sign of the cities economy
