I wish - seeing my Dr at NMH - 20 flrs above my old data center at 259 E Erie, same building as what appears to be a very expensive place to get a drink. Didn't realize they have a terrace.

Yeah I'm just used to the old Cedar Hotel. I'll pry still refer to it as Cedar Hotel for years to come.

The trucks were just for soil testing. It isn't an indication of anything imminent.

That one is being kept, demolition permits were issued for all other buildings on that block.
