Oh yeah, I wandered all around. That was just the most Thunder Bay like area.

I could potentially re-upload images, but with so many hundreds to get though one at a time...

It's odd, but it almost looks too dense to be China. Impossible!

A friend from WPG (well, FROM Nova Scotia, but I met him with the circle of east coast friends I made when I was in Winnipeg) just shared a Facebook memory from eight years ago of one of his trips back home. So the pic is old as fuck, but still cool.

A grassy boardwalk, a fishing village, and Halifax in the distance.

The Big O tower is being turned into an office building. 1300 Desjardins employees will work there.

The towers are rides.

A few by others.

I'm sure there's some hipster book here about the way we handle off-angle street corners. Lots of various solutions.

The first glimpse of the city driving in; well, technically the Town of Paradise, but within the CMA.

Missing exit 41 A by Marc-André Desrosiers, on Flickr

There's a vehicle-carrying lane in between that red and blue house at the far end, where the sign is on the pole. The streets here are wide, but the lanes are very narrow.

Is that a good neighbourhood for those apartment towers? Because I was looking up rents and they're reasonable, the views seem like they'd be awesome, and it's a nice central location.

A rather infantile new tradition, but the Zombie walk for Halloween (it was held saturday) in Montreal at least provides a good opportunity to photograph Ste-Catherine street without risking to be hit by a car...
