Skytower should have a spire. The arrow pointing to it kinda looks like one, and I like it haha
Spires are a very rare thing in Canada for some reason. Outside of heritage buildings, I can think of 1250 René-Levesques (sort of), but that's about it.
And the St. Regis if you want to count "corner spire"

Not sure that's even visible in the skyline though. Kind of a waste.
Not that visible in the daytime but it definitely has an impact at night due to the LED lighting effect.
