I guess there isn't any towers directly over the mall section?
The most recent plans showed an office tower and a residential tower at the NW end of the mall.
These plans seem to show the main mall as part of the NW quadrant development.
Older plans (with the department store) showed the main mall labelled as Phase 4.

Okay, here's a post.

Not sure how tall it will be, but it looks wide on the plans.

By the six elevators, it's not just a couple storeys.

and there's an office tower lobby on the upper mall level:

and on the lower mall level:

Does anybody think the faucets in the grand lobby restrooms are a bit too low for the sinks?

Its wild to think this is a decade long project soon.

I remember my excitement in 2014, thinking that by 2018 Ill be able to enjoy all that "The Amazing Brentwood" has to offer.

Here we are almost in 2022 and its just starting to come alive.

Crazy how time passes.

They're planning to sell tower 5 very soon. I think it's built on the parking lot next to the presentation centre

For units that have a north view only, yes. Mine has a bit of east, north, full west and a little south. My view of Capitol Hill will be obscured but I should still have a view of Burnaby mountain. And my view of grouse and DT will not be affected.

I went to a past buyer preview last week. Presentation center is not fully done yet because of delays (supply chain issues). Plan is to start construction end of 2022 and will take 5 years. But the start time is optimistic as this was info right before the recent weather disasters.

Units are smaller. Largest non penthouse units will only be 1100 sq ft. 3 bed 2 bath. At least that was what was disclosed to me. Also, price per sq ft will be higher at around 1100 to 1400 dollars per sq ft. The larger units up higher will be in the 1.5 million range. It will however have AC

AC is the "must have" for any new built condo now. Price will not be cheap. About time Shape captures the equity generated by their initial investment into "the Amazing Brentwood" . Tower 5 will be the benchmark price for the entire Brentwood area. However for them to brag about being a master planned community, they should seriously consider a grocery store within the development. Hopefully before they start digging for tower 5. Buyers who invest premium price for tower 5 expect the convenience besides the sky train.

Sorry to break you, there will not be any grocery store in Phase 2. The commercial podium in Tower 5 will be for high-end restaurants.

Tower 6 will have the long term views to the north, assuming Brentwood Park is not rezoned to the north.
