The skyline angle from Park Avenue is rarely seen from that high. Nice find Martin!

Memories of good times at the TamTams.

I was in North York today, and I had my camera with me...

Yonge/Eglinton from the 401, with downtown in behind:

From the pedestrian ramp that crosses Yonge?

Kind of reminds me of Vancouver as seen from Stanley Park, looking down Georgia. I've never seen Montreal look so dense. On par with Vancouver, at least from that angle.

The subway, believe it or not! Part of the Bloor-Danforth line crossing the Rosedale Valley road just west of Castle Frank station: https://goo.gl/maps/LauNDZoNrmF2

Apparently it could have been to reduce noise due to nearby (wealthy) residents. The panels on top used to be open air sections but were closed off later, I would imagine because maintenance is easier when the line is protected from the elements. Personally I find it an interesting example of modernist design, particularly the view from Rosedale valley rd.

It was pretty cool when it was open from inside the subway and standing on the bridge next to it.
