Nice!

I'm disappointed with the glass on the awning. The dark glass is ruining the contrast between the white framework and building's facade.
In my opinion, a crystal clear glass (or bright colored glass like red, blue, yellow ect...) would have been a much better choice.

The side of the building looking east is just ugly. And I think because the floorplates are so large it makes it look even worse.

Will it look like this once they have lighting inside?

I hope removing the power poles and burying the hydro lines are part of the landscaping plan here

Thanks for the pics. This looks like it was built 20 years ago.

Everything but the rooftop, which is pretty cool and wavy.

I think so, yes.

The tower seems very much an MCMP design, so yes, assuming aging archtects, it's consistent with their past style.

It's nice that it doesn't have protruding bits all over the place, and looks like an office building.

In this pic it fits in nicely with MNP Tower and Bentall V, but is spaced apart from them.
From the rest of the CBD, this tower is largely hidden by Bentall Centre.

I think they're vent grills for HVAC machinery below.

The circles look like glass.
The vents look to be on the east side of the roof.

Also probably explains why they used regular panel glass on the east side of the building.
