Looks good, I was in the area last night and all the new density in an already dense area is really apparent. The new (old?) Metro is great for the streetscape. I was wondering why the street seemed so dark even with the light accent and realized it's because like 50% of the street lamps in the Rideau/Cumberland area burnt out

Metro doesn't go all the way to the corner of Cumberland and there is ground floor space at that corner that looks like it could be another retail store. Does anyone know for sure? All residential lobbies are already operational, so that corner's not it.

This siteplan, from 2020, shows only a single retail entrance, which is on Rideau. But that could have changed since. It's not the residential lobby you're seeing?

No they are not. The third tower has not been opened for occupancy yet, and that corner is where the entrance will be. As I mentioned before, Metro is the only retail space.
