It's okay if it's only slightly faster. Floating is fun.

Hi all.

Great shots Kirre - enjoy your stay and please post more if / when you have some.

Here is a vid from level 153 ( says 155 ) - posted at SSC by Bonnani today.

I see youtube changed its site - I was wondering why vdownloader wouldn't work anymore. I just got Free Youtube Download from DVDVideoSoft - works great and you can save in AVI. Make sure you are well protected - virus and spyware.

Work on the 5th floor of the steel section started today. The first column was up when I drove by around 3:30 PM. Maybe more have come up since then.

... didn't someone said they are slow and are probably facing financial problems?

Hi all.

So kool - once the columns are up for the first level of tier 18 - level 160 mezz. 3 - we will have the tallest structure on earth ! I realize the cranes have been taller for a while now but they aren't part of the structure.

Some pics - click the thumbs and then view original ( then in XP if your settings are default click on the pic ) to see full size as some are very large.

Thanks, I've been waiting for height updates for a while now,
a bit over 600 meters is what I estimated.

So literally the manmade height in those photos is likely already higher than anything man has ever built, including guyed masts!
Good Point and one which others seldom make.
Just because they are used as cranes does not mean that it's not a man made structure. Albeit not permanent in nature.

The cladding is coming out much better than I could have hoped. It's looking really really slick. Can't wait for the steel sections to rise up faster.

The previous floor took just 5 days and the current one who started on Saturday, might be completed tomorrow (meaning the next one might start) and if that would be the case, then they would have reached a 4 days build time for a floor.

Cladding also reached the 100th floor already
