Unfortunately, the only thing observable from the top of Stantec is Edmonton.

Absolutely. I imagine that for many, it will arguably be #1 in the country due to the LED public art installation. For me, I'll have to see how I feel about it when it's done and after I've been back to Toronto to see my beautiful Scotia Plaza again to compare.
