as for the Austonian topping out. I believe the next 6 floors will take around 2 months. Then the crown another 2 weeks so that will be around sept 1 to 8 or so. Anyone agree. Unless the extreme heat is slowing progress as seen on the completion of floor 50 and 51. Then a much cooler July could help. As the forcasts go long term it looks like July will be more average before August heats up again.

The western boundary I considered before 360 was Nueces St. I am not sure where I would place Whole Foods though.

Thanks so much for going out and taking photos, priller. I've been busy with stuff and also the heat is just unbearable. Oddly enough, I've been busy outside for the last week building a shed for my bicycles. Yesterday I put a thermometer on the back of our tool shed (faces west in direct sunlight) and it tacked out at about 129F. Pretty crazy.

Yep..... that is it. Not up for interpretation. That is the CBD. It does have sub-neighborhoods within it.... but that is the official boundary.

What's really annoying is when I get in my car and can't touch the friggin steering wheel because it's scolding hot. Hmm, I think I'm going to stick a themometer on the dash and see what it hits. Man I sure wish we would have another summer like 2007 when it rained for like 3 months straight. The highs stayed mostly in the 70s. Very nice!

Yeah, except the lakes and rivers were closed off and on for most of the summer :/

I had two tubing trips and one lake trip cancelled due to flooding.

Had some really nice rain in my area today (about an inch near Shoal Creek and Greenlawn Parkway).

2007 was a weird summer. My driveway turned black from the mold, as did the north side of my house. For three months things didn't dry out. It was the other extreme alright.
