Does anyone else notice the attempt at making this look like a retrofitted parking garage? The angles of the non-horizontal lines seem to be placed to evoke structured parking ramps.

We don't know for sure if that is what the building will end up looking like. Despite the info in the link about the project, there is no site plan on file for this project. One was filed in 2022, but it was not followed up on and has long since expired.

That's gotta be a PDF error right?? Look at the windows on the left side, they are all broken and glitchy. There has to be something wrong with this rendering.

Either way, even without those weird diagonal lines, what an awful, boring design.

What a coincidence, I just passed by it yesterday and took some pictures of the construction to post. It's a pretty wide lot so kinda hard to capture from the opposite sidewalk:



Knowing how the Rosedale people are I'm kind of surprised it managed to pass.
