I at first also was elated.Once i realized the area, I thought, was an opportune location for criminals who frequently cause trouble in the said area, to now be able to prey on the elderly as they might only venture out to the doctor or go for groceries.
A walk or early am or later evening stroll might be tempting fate. The winter time it might feel like imprisonment for them.
