A few recent planning permits. Quite a bit of infill being planned in various neighborhoods. Lots of townhomes.

SAP filed for Colony Square demolition/remodeling

SAP filed for a multi-family development on the westside at 1315 Mayson Turner Rd.

SAP filed for 150 townhomes in Grant Park near the Beacon and Eventide.

SAP filed for 19 townhomes at 2260 Marietta.

UDC/review for removal of existing structure to make way for 3 townhomes and commercial space at 594 Irwin.

Zoning for an assisted living facility at 3200 Howell Mill.

Consolidation of four parcels in Home Park.

Rezoning for townhomes at 499 Irwin.

Rezoning for 36 multifamily units at 864 Huff rd.

SAP for 12000sqft retail at 464 Windsor st in Mechanicsville.

Zero lot lines for 3 townhomes at 1137 Ponce (near Briarcliff).

This construction news lull... ugh. Come on new proposals and projects breaking ground... maybe we will learn about th gulch or Georgia power O4W developments soon.

I've searched and searched and can't find the rendering of that building reuse at West Peachtree and Baltimore Place, but there's an interior demo crew onsite at the moment, doing heavy demo. Here's hoping that hotel project is moving forward.

The most recent Curbed article on the project has this as the updated rendering. Not much better than the original rendering in the marketing pamphlet from 2015 (not sure when that was posted).

Thanks, that's the one. I like the project; I has a PNW look to it, and is a helpful little building block to eventually stitching Midtown and Downtown together again. Not sure the stripes are entirely necessary but it'll look better than it does right now.
