One thing that clearly has not been taken into consideration is the trickle down effect from these changes. It's not just CFL stadiums that will have to change, it will be EVERY football field in Canada! All those costs will be passed onto residents.

Every CFL field is multi-use. Minor football, High school, Junior and University football will all have to change if one field changes. In Regina, High School football could not exist without the use of Mosaic and Leibel. You can't have a different field and different rules for different venues within the same league.

The cost across the nation will be astronomical! All because one League (that will probably fold within 10 years) wants to be more like the NFL. I have a feeling that there will be too much pushback from communities and the CFL will have to cave on the dimensional changes.
