That's an artificial pond for kids to learn to canoe and ice rink in the winter. It's even chlorinated.

I've changed M City to construction. Shoring will begin any time now. I also changed Sugar Wharf. Shoring is in full swing. A permit application for a 65 and a 70 storey tower has been posted on Toronto.ca

This is from a couple pages ago but that is just some beautiful city building on display. Organic, mixed uses, mixed density, green, livable.
