Really looks like a modern One American Center. The window details add a lot. Without them this would just be another Colorado Tower, albeit darker.

I really like this snap from Corvairkeith -- you get a real sense of how dense the Greenwater development has become. It's really remarkable.

Someone deserves a medal for managing that development process.

I agree except for one quibble, save for the upcoming Google bld, the others are basically the same height. Wish they were a bit more varied.

But a solid A from me, nonetheless.

Maybe it's the location or the footprint, but this building seems pretty large when you see it from 4th. Like more substantial than 300 Colorado in overall size. Though when I look at the pictures, doesn't look any different in footprint than it's companion across the street. Probably an optional illusion.

The crane is really sticking out now. It is probably at its final height.

While this building certainly isn't bad, and I like how well they hid the parking podium, I had kind of hoped for more black. I remember seeing the renderings, as well as the earlier pictures of construction, and thought that the black accents would be more pronounced...
