Rebar Work, tough job, always exposed to the elements and if your not bending down all day tying rebar your hanging on the curtain placing and tying.
I was a labourer (for Key Engineering) for 4 years in the early '90. If a trade was short of a guy, the Super would make me available to drag and shoulder rebar around.
Is rebar work something a general labourer would do or is it more skilled than that?
What I was doing what not skilled work, positioning and securing the rebar is. They need young eager first step of the ladder labourers to get the rebar to the skilled workers. If you keep the skilled guy happy, you'll be a few step higher on that ladder.
Never noticed this detail but some of the balcony edges will have some kind of "fins" to break up the edge
I'd like to see that feature on the balconies that stagger inwards. Give each resident some privacy from the resident above (I have this thing with privacy with balconies) and might control rain spilling from one balcony to the next.

Cool that the panels are angled to shed water away from the facade.
I was thinking that it might reflect the light in different ways if it wasn't just all vertically straight.

I didn't realize that large column from the 11th floor up was still a substantial structure.
From P8 to the 10th floor, it's square, than continues on more narrow but just as wide. It is a spinal column for the design of this tower.
It's going to be a lot of fun watching this tower reach its full height. Most fun tower since Vancouver House. And to be honest I like this one even more
