It's a new manufacturing facility for CE3 Electronics. It is a pretty big building. Maybe I'll try and grab a photo sometime I'm driving by......

As promised, here's a photo of the new CE3 Electronics manufacturing facility on Aviation Blvd (Malley Industries in the background).

And as a bonus, here's a picture of the new airside cold storage facility on Aviation Blvd, just a half block down from CE3.

Jacks pizza is good. I wouldn't say the best. In Fredericton its in a downtown location hard for the average joe just to walk in and pick one up. When you compare to Domions and papa johns etc

K&T Seafood Diner

A new seafood restaurant called K&T Seafood Diner will be opening on Saturday July 18th. There hours are to be 6:30am-9:00pm daily and offer all day breakfast as well as seafood fare of all sorts. It will be located where Kichi Sushi used to be in Dieppe next to the new Starbucks.

Here's a new render of the building. It'll contain Champlain Dental and Figura aesthetic dermatology. That's going to be a pretty sizeable vacancy at Champlain place with not the best location in the mall. I wonder what could take its place.

Also of note, there is a great place for a restaurant with street front patio facing Marché street.

If there doing the work like they do to other stores that empty out in the mall. I'm sure they have a good chance to fill it... Unless there is any more big changes happening in the mall... Then people will be running for new locations...

I'm wondering what is going to be happening with the land owned by Walmart up by the airport... It was supposed to be a Sams Club before Sams club went belly up...

Nice render, but why doesn't it show how this building will really look with the other buildings behind it?

Anyone hear anything about the potential demolition of the 20 something NB Housing units on Gauvin Rd,and also the store, and what I assume is a housing for elderly people? I had just heard from a friend who lives in those NB housing Units...

There was a lot of talk within the mall from good sources that Starbucks will take the dental location for a coffee shop. Would be good...large sitting area....close to the bus shelters. ..if they pop open there own entry they would be able to service past mall hours...

That would likely be the best use for this space.

The fact it could have an outside entry (hence expanded hours of operation) and a captive market (bus passengers) would indeed be large bonuses.

I'm not really fan of their current mall kiosk anyway........

Agreed...the current kiosk is cramped and feels like it was just thrown together.

I've gone back a few pages and haven't seen it, but does anybody know what is going in the building next to the NBLC (liquor store) on Dieppe Blvd?

It'll contain several rental units. The only rumoured tenants that have been mentioned are a dental office and St-Louis Bar and Grill. But no confirmation as of yet.

I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but does anyone know what's happening on the north-east (well actually it's just north) corner of Normandie and Acadie Ave? I know there was a two story development called Place Acadie that was/is supposed to go up on the opposite side of Normandie next to Home Hardware. There were a few houses cleared away and now it's just a big dirt lot.

The Houses, and land where sold separate in the hopes of a large mixed use Commercial/Residential development like the one behind Canadian Tire. Not sure if anything has been approved by Dieppe City council tho...

I believe this is the location of the new Starbucks. Don't quote me on that, but I know they are building a new one on Acadie.
