Nice update pics of the construction. Thanks!

But the street!??!! Ugly and embarrassing. A shame for the heart of downtown

Very nice.

I don't see prices yet but there are a bunch of floor plans on the website:

According to CHCH 33% of the units has been sold so far. Pretty good numbers for only being on the market for about a week or two.

When I was standing on the stairs to the Indian restaurant at Main & Caroline and looking at this building, it looks like they have restarted work on the east tower. They are forming walls and the elevator shafts for the next floor. There was a large crew working on this floor.

While the pace of progress is slow, it's nice to see it's still happening!

I took a look from the George St. side last night and the parkade looks like it's nearing completion. I'm still puzzled by the lack of progress on cladding 150 Main W, but there's probably stuff going on you can't see from the street.

It will be awesome to see the taller tower start to rise.

After downtown fills in let's hope that a decent skyline gets built on Concession.

Concession skyline will likely be limited. I believe the area is restricted by the Niagara Escarpment Commission.

But it's already filled with mid-rises and a couple high-rises. I'm not talking about going after parkland or anything.
