Pics by me yesterday - Sun, April 25th:

Note the absence of "Coming Soon" signs where Cactus used to be and where the orange arrow is.
Note QR code for Adidas on the main plaza.
La Taqueria is straight ahead on the corner.

No signage up for LL Bean (yet) where the white tarps are.

Behind the LL Bean tarps.
Note the demising wall halfway through the space.
So either LLBean is not taking all the space or ???

East Mews.
H&M on the corner (no signage yet).

In the podium of Brentwood II.

Empty retail unit in the base of Brentwood III.
Not sure if this would be WeWork space.

People are moving into Brentwood III.

No signage of Wilfred (was to be on the left side).
Unit ahead is JAC, next to the right is Louis Castel golfwear.

No signage for Adidas to the left of Nike.

Hello Nori on the right.

They've still been posting new jobs in the past month but you assume they won't open until dine in is allowed.

Adidas did not pull out, they are opening soon, 100% confirmed. The inside is all stocked, I can post photos tomorrow. Also, not sure if people knew, but Earls is opening there too. And planning to rebrand and do a new format at the existing location by Swiss Chalet. That's all I can say, the information is still private.

Great photo thread, I didn't realize just how big of a retail component there was, this is a lot of retail space being added, and such a huge imporvement over the indoor mall! I was always so focused on the tall towers I never really thought about all the new retail. It will be quite a high street, I feel like the population/transit density is really there now to support it. Like a way nicer and less utilitarian Marine Gateway. Marine Gateway serves a great purposed, don't get me wrong, but it's basically a stacked urbanized power centre in terms of retail

I was thinking that Adidas had pulled out because there was no signage at the store (windows were papered over), but they had the big QR code at the plaza. If they had pulled out, Shape would have removed that QR code.

No sign of Rec Room opening soon.

PS - the trees have all grown in nicely.

Adidas just needs exterior signage.

You can peep into the suit supply space from the one side and there is not much going on inside, possibly a fall opening at this rate. Definitely not looking like it is opening in Spring.

I hope the Hello Nori is as good looking as the Robson store.

Phase 2 is going to look interesting because looking at the proposed floor plans, the former Zellers/Target Anchor store, which is currently occupied by the presentation center, will be redeveloped into a newer section of the mall. Maybe a new anchor like Best Buy or something will occupy the new anchor space.

There is no 4. Either rental or commercial.

Hmm. I remember seeing a tower four. What’s the one proposed beside tower three called?
