I agree. A bit of a setback and then another few floors of just plain, non patterned glass.

I think the brick and the curved glass are two conflicting themes, almost as if the design was done by 2 separate committees that never talked to each other. Very strange.

yes, but you will never fit any of that stuff in. your limited to 10' height by overhead doors.

I'm fairly certain that RV's would fit in the loading doors as long as its gives 4.5m of clearance.

If they can't, I'm sure the Cunard Centre could accommodate a RV convention, there definitely wouldn't be any reason it would have to go to a smaller market and loose out on attendance.

One of the few advantages of the car barn architecture of Cunard Centre.

Oy. That dark brick grid tacked on over the glass is hideous. What are they thinking?

It would have looked like a giant sterile blank wall without that black grid. The black grid looks good and compliments the brick buildings in front of it. Now if only they would bury those ugly overhead electrical wires and switched out the poles out with something attractive. Black metal is always a good choice.
