I wonder if the switch back to Foster is possibly foreshadowing that the client or tenant in mind went with it and now they are just tailoring the design to their needs, to accommodate. I mean 6-12 months sounds about right for a design to become started from the ground up and enough time to go through the legal mumbo-jumbo of signing a new tenant and starting construction.
If the degree of confidence is that high with a 6-12 month time table.
Utilizing the existing footprint but taking elements of the original design and altering them to accommodate both tech needs and financial needs.
