The outdoor mall portion feels great, and could develop an amazing buzz if this development finally has a chance to properly open. I have high hopes for this.

the H&M Plaza side is starting to get windows now.

I also saw a bunch of people, not construction people standing around the food court aka TABles, must be employees of one of the food places getting orientated.

The plaza and outdoor area were very busy with people today, Starbucks had to ask people to go wait outside it was at capacity for a while. Still no Mcdonalds life.

Also this door seemed all complete anf done for a few months but the past few weeks its been fenced off and some work going on, no idea what they are doing, hopefully they can get ot done and ready for the food court opening potentially next week.

yea its a nice feel, my bf said it reminded him of the area around Amazon in Seattle. Once restaurants start opening, even with covid it will bring a lot of people and life to the area.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Shape get things in order for tower 4 with the finishing touches going on tower 3 and the commercial components.

Shape seems to be busy with their massive Lougheed projects so not sure if the next tower here has to wait?

When tower 4 goes on sale, would it be identical features and colour schemes like the other 3? I would hope they at least add A/C and maybe offer different colour schemes

the grand lobby entrance that was fenced off for a bit is now cleared again, it seems they removed some of the flooring inside and installed a carpeted entrance.

I noticed all the retailers are busy with activity now, workers coming and going and if you can see inside you can see progress.

Was there the other day and this plaza is looking really good! The fountains were turned off though, looks like they were doing some work on the stones.

Random question not sure if anyone knows, I'm moving into T3 as a tenant and trying to purchase tenant insurance, is this building made of concrete or steel?

For some reason squareone defaulted it to steel when I put in the address, but everything I can see about it looks like concrete to me, or a mixture at the very least. There's a $3/mo price difference between the two which is why I'm worried about choosing concrete.

some pics from March 24

Small Victory outside is done, inside looks like a lot more to do.

Sephora signage and outside complete, interior looks complete and looked like they were putting product in.

That's a nice sign.

On the H&M, looks like they reinstalled the corner windows compared to last October:

OEB opening has been delayed due to new restrictions. Food court probably in the same boat.

I guess they could open with no indoor seating.

OEB is said to have patio seating, there's not a lot of sidewalk on that side and who would want to choke on all the cars passing on Lougheed. Poor mall.

I was there last night, there is new hoarding going up where LL Bean will be going. The fountain is back being used, it had been off for a while.
