Ron.
After looking at the list food vendors there, I am now of the opinion that Brentwood is lacking a good Indian restaurant. In fact, North Burnaby is lacking good Indian food options. Somebody fill this market please!

Adidas & Sephora job postings on indeed.

Small Victory job posting with expected start date for today, Feb 2.

As well, Evolve Strength Brentwood with expected start date August 30th

Manager at a near by McDonald's thinks the Brentwood location will now be opening in June, lol..

I wonder what’s causing the delay with McDonald’s. It’s been done for months and just sitting there

I wonder if they'll be shutting down any other their existing restaurants?

I wonder if they ever resolved the lawsuits between Earls/Cactus Club. Might explain the switch to Earl's.

That's the one you assume Earls would take.

Looks like Jinya is setting themselves up near BMO. Interesting since they're not listed on the site!

Cactus Club is struggling across regions and I could see it being a casualty of COVID.

Even heard worrisome things about Earls.

I prefer food from Cactus Club over Earls. The one in Metrotown seems rather busy still but hard to say. I hope both of them survive.

Those restaurants have had expensive build-outs and probably depended a lot on high volume alcohol sales.

Sorry people, but this thread now has become very boring now. Is this retailer in? This one is out now. I think we really need another tower to begin again.

Earls will be above the Vancity.
(where Neptune was supposed to go?)

See map here. Click on the View Floor "Level 2" and hover around for locations of the food court tenants -
it really shows that most of their tenants are services and restaurants.
Not all stores are shown, which is pretty poor for a website directory.

Agree. This is a retail thread now with talk of restaurants and conjectures about other potential retailers, until the next tower is proposed.

Okay, here's a post.
From the office market thread:

Not sure how tall it will be, but it looks wide on the plans.

By the six elevators, it's not just a couple storeys.

and there's an office tower lobby on the upper mall level:

and on the lower mall level:
