You mean something so huge would be built a half mile into the lake off his log cabin shack and trading post.

Great to see & meet a few of you formers at 360 last Friday! Great telephoto shots, Harry!

After the sunrise at Hancock, I stopped by Vista for a site-tour/shoot with McHugh. Still working on edits and reviewing the on-site photos, but here are a couple view shots form the top:

Also, snagged this shot from Columbus around 7:00am. The gradient is really apparent. So, my theory of the transition looking best under overcast skies is a bit busted. My new hypothesis is that gradient looks its 'best' when the lighter glass is reflecting bright white light (low, direct sunlight OR overcast clouds). When the sun is high and the sky is blue, the light glass reflects that blue, thereby taking on a darker, more uniform appearance.

Can't wait until the evening light shines on Vista glass all the way up. Some building cumulonimbus clouds over the lake certainly helps

Great shots Bono. But that's not the top frustum. One more to go.

What/why the heck is that three-pronged crane-like device on the middle tier "roof"? What an interesting contraption.
