An online search would return this as the tallest building in New Brunswick: The Vue, 110 Somerset Street, 91 meters tall.

(SHH actually _did_ post that skyline once already in here passing it off as from NB, basically the same happened as with Edm and Saskatchewan... )

This is the latest work of art commissioned by the city. It stands in the former domain of Charles Benjamin Howard, a rich guy who has been a MP before being appointed to the Senate. He was nicknamed "the Prince of the Eastern Townships" ("le prince des Cantons de l'est"). His property has been bought by the city and now serves as a park.
