Regarding 488.

I said the glass on the residential looked like curtianwall. I looked closer today and it is window wall.

Sad.

It actually took me a second to realize it was window wall.. so yes the quality is good.

Could have been better, but beggars can't be choosers.

I would say we need less construction to become choosers. Developers competing for buyers and that are also buying for themselves than a pool of investors.
