it'll probably end up closer to AIRE ancient baths but maybe they'll go for the steamworks clientele

Anyone have an update (pics) on the Humbolt Park Wellness Center?

The core structure reached full height in August. The progressive exterior design by JGMA will be very interesting to see in execution.

It will be closer to Aire. It is a company called Bathhouse that operates in Brooklyn (Williamsburg) and opening one in Manhattan soon.

Agreed. Based on the rendering, I assumed the red bits were cheap panels, not brickwork. More of this please.
