interesting that the notice mentioned 8 and 9 floors. the last rendering i saw was either 7 or 8.

i was kind of hoping it would be differing heights, maybe 8 for one building and 12 for the other, but it looks like the latest rendering was the approved version.

I was wondering about the floor count as well. There's going to be a lot of construction going on in this area of downtown.

Beautiful. I visited Eugene for business last month and their park-like setting with the river, parks and paths very much reminded me of Boise's park-like setting.
