For what it is worth, a colleague of mine received a call yesterday regarding his ticket reservation. He was quoted the following:

-Loge Seats = $5,000/seat/season (must purchase seats in blocks of four - therefore, a minimum of $20,000/season investment)
-Field Seats = $10,000/seat/season (no minimum # of seats).

The latest news is that "Fair" Play Austin (Epstein's PAC) isn't even going to bother to support the ballot proposition.

(no link provided as I don't want to give them any traffic).

I'm hoping that doesn't mean he's secretly going to back a different PAC, but with slimy Epstein it's hard to know for sure.

We'll find out 30 days before the election when they have to turn in the next finance reports.

From everything I have heard is that the stadium is a done deal and this election will have no effect on the stadium what so ever.

The site plan was approved today according to the Business Journal.

Anyone know what the address is for the stadium or have a link to the site plan? I was having trouble finding it.

This site plan doesn't include the stadium itself.

It used to. For a while you could see the full layout, where they're putting the bike path, where the required green space is, etc.

I think it got stripped out when they split it into two phases. I wish I had saved off a copy.

The "f1" site plan for site prep was approved a week ago. I thought the ABJ had news of the site plan for the actual stadium.
When the site plan was split to speed up the process, the one for the stadium should have been the "f2". But that site plan doesn't show in the permits database when using the usual search parameters.

Never fear, loonytoony is here. File size is 127mb so it may take a moment to load.

maybe he can fight the expo expansion. gotta think that some acts that would use COTA could also use the expanded expo center. i though epstein and the county were best buddies. i guess i was wrong.

This has been on the county's radar for a while.

thanks for posting. it would interesting if that youth field in the north "natural" parking lot stays. the little field reminds me of the youth field next the texas ranger stadium.

The Expo Center--almost as exciting as a nose zit. So far all the propositions we have to vote on are a strong No from me--letting the County get 2c of HOT will be the same for me. Super ready to have soccer. Still wish we could have gotten it off S. Lamar adjacent to Downtown though...

Looks great! But I am confused, I thought there was a parking garage? Or is that the arena tower?

Not in the first phase. When they replace the rear lot with housing, they've shown a garage for that housing and maybe to replace what they take out.
