Now that the Connecticut Hartford/New Haven line
is open, I'd say it does indeed look like TEXrail is the longest individual line u/c in the US.
The Montreal REM is longer, but it's questionably a single line and not in the US in any event.
Denver's Gold & North commuter rail lines together are longer, but that's two different lines.
