Interesting read from people living in the building. Are they talking about the tower or the low-rise portion? Really surprised to read about lack of any credit checks and doesn't Peter himself live in the penthouse?

That just kind of sounds like Yaletown to me.

Bunch of people who don't seem to work much during the day, but hang around and drink expensive coffee while wearing expensive clothes.
