Today some guy was on a balcony of the building under construction, he was way up to the 30th floor and there were over a dozen police cars, I saw video of him being taken away by the police, all construction crew had been evacuated from what I read on reddit.

The office tower has been converted to a 20 storey tower with 274 rental units and 15k of ground floor retail space. I'm curious to know what the tower looked like during the ADP showing, you can see comments saying it resembled too much of an office tower. I think it will compliment the southern tower very nicely.

That rendering looks like it was stretched sideways.
The depth of the towers makes them look too stubby.

Ow that is one ugly render. It immediately screamed Soviet Social Housing vibes.

On to the zoning, I'm just glad there remains retail podium.

The grayness doesn't look so bad in that shot.
But it would be nice if the other towers add some colour -
especially the corner one.

We haven't heard from Hotwax in 2 months, hope all is ok.
Was waiting for a 'crane is gone' photo before posting my next update, but might not hear from hotwax again. I will continue the progress if or when Hotwax is back online.

Also a special thanks to Dyna Rider's photo

I've noticed the bar or cafe finally seems to have attracted patrons when it first opened, when driving past in the evening, it looked empty, but in the last few weeks I have passed, it has seemed fairly steady.

nice gif Zepfancouver, nice to see it nearing completion

Sorry, I haven't posted anything since last December as there hasn't been much change. Crane still hasn't been removed.

Talking

Looks like they are taking the crane down. From my experience its probably 12-14 months away from occupancy. Just a guess
