This will be quite a formidable addition to the skyline. I look forward to seeing the finished building when I'm down there visiting my parents!

Has the completed height of this building been established yet? I recall it was supposed to be 20 floors and then it was to be reduced to 18 if I'm not mistaken. The crews are wasting no time. Looks to be the 12th or 13th floor as of today?

I'm no construction expert but there is a yellow mess of steel tubes and booms at the base of the tower that looks like a smaller head tower crane that is dedicated to placing concrete as Crisis aluded to earlier. It will be interesteing to see where/how this gets mounted up on the tower.

There is also what looks like a new concrete pump on top.

Also it appears the 12th floor (if you do not count the mezz) is being prepped for pouring. It is already as tall as The Hamilton (former CIBC Blg) across the street, which is listed on Skyscraperpages as 14 floors. I think that builiding was built around 1967, so you can see how buildings have become taller per floor.

The Hamilton only has 12 floors (floors 2-3 parking and 4-12 condos) would the 14 floors listed include mechanical or something?

Here's the view from my office. The wood barrier is starting to poke up above the skyline. The progress they're making is pretty impressive.

There has been cladding on for 2+ weeks on the 3rd floor, on the north and west sides. This week they started on the 4th floor, north side.
