I mean, the building itself is fine, but I don't think it's amazing or beautiful architecturally. It's still just an off-white and blue glass rectangle.
That said, I think most people are big fans of it despite that, just because: (1) it's on a small footprint; (2) it has no parking; and (3) it has fairly neat design features to fit next to the State theatre. All of those things aren't really things we've seen in new construction in Austin, or really many other cities outside of NY/Chicago, and maybe a few others.
