Agree, the park is well done and adds a nice break in the density that doesn't feel out of place or temporary.
OT, but a Home Goods or Home Sense would do well in the former Target space. Beneficial to the hundreds of new nearby renters and less of a shoplifting/loitering issue than a Target or Wawa.
