That's a ridiculous price - a HUGE fanboy tax on the rental side.
If you really want to live in the building, there is a 1BR listed for rent in the building by one of the condo owners, asking $1950/month.
Earlier this summer my wife and I looked at a 3BR penthouse across the street from Aqua. There were 3 of them available at the time on the penthouse levels (had their own elevator bank) with asking prices ranging from $3300-3500. Aqua is a great building to look at, but I wouldn't pay these rental rates. Better to live somewhere where you can look at it.
