^ Thanks for the pics. I was just there yesterday--could I possibly have seen you?

Lakeshore East is a gem, and I really like this building in particular. The LSE Park is one of the nicest I have seen in a while.

Yesterday was a beautiful day for a walking tour

Tell me about it. Now they just need to fix the railings (electrical tape and galvanized pipe?) and do something about the unavoidable puddles that form on each step during a rainstorm. I guess I can forgive the awkward handling of the detectable warnings.

I told them to fuck themselves because I could easily fit both bikes in one space with a small car. In no way would I pay $600 to park two bikes... not with how many buildings will allow me to park them in the same space as my car or even the two of them in the same space.
That's a ridiculous price - a HUGE fanboy tax on the rental side.

If you really want to live in the building, there is a 1BR listed for rent in the building by one of the condo owners, asking $1950/month.

Earlier this summer my wife and I looked at a 3BR penthouse across the street from Aqua. There were 3 of them available at the time on the penthouse levels (had their own elevator bank) with asking prices ranging from $3300-3500. Aqua is a great building to look at, but I wouldn't pay these rental rates. Better to live somewhere where you can look at it.
