Also this lot is on a corner (Boulevard Place and Arnold St). So let's say it's a two story building with 12 units. It would require 6 parking spaces, which could be on Arnold street, or potentially a very small lot like is often seen in small Midtown buildings. For an example, look literally across the street, at 560 Boulevard Place. Small residential building with 10 parking spots in a lot in the back.
