That's an artificial pond for kids to learn to canoe and ice rink in the winter. It's even chlorinated.

I've changed M City to construction. Shoring will begin any time now. I also changed Sugar Wharf. Shoring is in full swing. A permit application for a 65 and a 70 storey tower has been posted on Toronto.ca

Good angle though that sports field looks like a prison yard. The players are even wearing prison colours orange for inmates blue for officers.
