It's all good. I wonder if it makes sense to build the link and is it possible to connect Brookfield Place to a tunnel from the south? I don't see it being heavily used.

This shot reminds me of plateau Mont royal. Edmonton is starting to emerge as the Montreal of the prairies, not just in terms of skyline. A folk music festival instead of a jazz festival. I don't think there are plans for anymore buildings abutting the Gardiner. (Outside of the one last mega project recently underway)

The Hub will be pretty close at the western edge but the height will definitely add to the tunnel effect. I assume that's the mega-project you were referencing.

Also, 370 Queens Quay, while only ~30 floors, will be closer to Gardiner (~5 meters) than most other buildings on Queens Quay (if approved).
