It looks like they're using quite a lot of glass on this project, which is awesome. It's going to look excellent.

According to Jason Farr on Twitter, people will be moving in December 2014.

Seems like a tight timeline to me, but I know basically nothing about construction.

That does seem incredibly soon, but it could be just referring to the old Federal building part, which I believe is topped out. The interior of the old building is also completely gutted so construction could go pretty quick.

It seems like progress on 150 Main W. has slowed. I expected to see some cladding going up in the top section by now. But I'm just basing this on comparison with photos from a couple months ago so I could be mistaken (there could be work going on inside on the lower levels within the old section)

I'm also impatient to see the taller tower start rising.

Kinda hard to tell where the rendering is facing though I think it's towards Main Street between the existing Federal building and the yet to be built condo building? Either way, that's going to be awesome.

Looks like it's 28 storey now, based on the permit being reviewed.....

Review
Description
To construct the building structure only of the 28 storey residential tower, (BELLA TOWER).

That should put a decent little dent in the skyline depending on how shiny it is, I suppose.

Bella Tower hasn't launched yet, only 150 Main West next door. 150 was topped out before it launched, so it could be similar with Bella Tower.

They add 2 more floors and the height stayed the same?
I was hoping that this tower would break the 90m mark.

Unless there were changes to the design, a couple of extra floors should do that.

And they may as well make it an even 30, no?

I too am a bit puzzled about the lack of a sales centre. But Vranich seems to do things his own way.
