I am surprised this building is only 34 floors. I have never counted the floors myself, but somehow I had impression it might be around 40. This building also hides itself quite well, as I rarely notice it from any other place than from Pender Street or Coal Harbour seawall. I'd say it's "the most invisible" 100m tower in Vancouver.

I do like it, although it is a bit plain.

It looks taller because of it's slender profile. Not surprised it won awards, seeing how crappy everything else has been lately.

What are the hours for the LED lights, or do they even bother turning them on at all now?

It is actually 37 Levels.

The LED Lights run for 4 Hours per day. The start and stop at different times depending on time of year. Complaints have calmed down a lot.

We are lucky to have this building. They sold it just before the 2008 financial crisis started and thus were able to move onto construction just when a lot of other projects got put on hold and were significantly delayed or never got built.

I like how the two towers are illuminated by LEDs at night, certainly not a common sight in Vancouver.
