The long wait for an LRT transit link (reserved for the bridge on the left), means the new Cherry Street bridge is not immune to line-ups ... when Rebel Night Club (indoor capacity is 2,500) has a concert.
The Wellington Market (nicknamed “Well Fed”) just opened a couple of days ago with 38 of an eventual 50 vendors offering myriad options to foodies, and it’s already a big hit.
The Yards | 132.8m | 40s | TAS | Giannone Petricone l resubmission
Resubmitted taller with a possible shift to rental residential (would be great ‘cause it might be a shorter wait for a start ;-). 40, 32 and 12 storeys with retail and public space/park.
KING Toronto | 57.6m | 16s | Westbank | Bjarke Ingels Group l u/c
The 3 ‘mountains’ rising… with scaffolding between the 2 on the right.
The grass in the foreground is the site of the future CCxA promenade (and water feature) called "The Cats" between here and the Wellington Street side
of The Well.

I'm not sure why. Steel picket railings are generally less expensive than glass or perforated metal balcony guards. They are more common on lower end product and are often a result of value engineering.

You say tomato... I say... (I like 'em)
SkyTower @ 345 metres will join this view on the far left.
170 Roehampton | 160.84m | 50s | Capital Developments | Sweeny&Co l pre-construction
Resubmission with even less design (and no balconies). Not what I think of for a Sweeny offering (blame the developer lol?). The good news is this has switched from condo to rentals.
